The list is sealed first
Before the drawing, every entry is frozen and fingerprinted. No name can be added or removed afterward without it showing.

The randomness is committed in advance
A secret seed is locked in before anyone can know what it produces — so nobody can keep trying seeds until a friend wins.

Anyone can re-run it
After the drawing the seed is published alongside the entry list. Re-run the draw yourself. Different winners means something was tampered with.
